You’ll ensure timely, accurate reimbursement and help patients access life-changing treatments without unnecessary financial stress. What You'll Do Submit and manage claims for biologic infusions and other servicesPost payments, reconcile patient accounts, and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)Resolve denials and unpaid claims with precision and urgencyCollaborate cross-functionally with intake, clinical, and supervisory teamsCommunicate with insurance companies and patients—professionally and empatheticallyIdentify process gaps and help drive continuous improvementShare knowledge openly—no gatekeeping here What You Bring 5+ years of medical billing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)Working knowledge of EHR/EMR, clearinghouses, and payment workflowsUnderstanding of specialty billing and biologic reimbursementStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyA growth mindset—excited to learn and teach Preferred Qualifications Experience with infusion billing or AMD platformsCoding certifications (CPC, CCA, CCS, etc.)Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skillsFamiliarity with specialty pharmacy workflows Our Core Values People-Obsessed – Patients and teammates come firstPassionate – We love what we doBuilder – We create and improve constantlyGrateful – We show up with humility and appreciation Ready to Apply?
