About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers across the mid-market segment. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, managing the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities through to closing deals and driving long-term customer value.
This is a highly consultative role where success comes from understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable impact. If you bring a technical or engineering background and enjoy translating complex solutions into business value, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow your accounts
Manage and expand a portfolio of mid-market customers (typically $100M–$1B revenue range) Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximise account value Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, business, and executive levels
Drive new business
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across your territory Run discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Deliver a great customer experience
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Collaborate and lead
Work within a virtual account team to deliver the best outcomes for customers Share insights, mentor peers, and contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Proven success in B2B sales (3+ years), ideally in SaaS, analytics, or technology Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas Experience managing mid-market or complex accounts
Skills & capabilities
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Background
Degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related technical field is highly desirable Experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence solutions is a plus
