$60,000 – $75,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow a defined territory across Southern MinnesotaBuild relationships with fabricators, manufacturers, and decision-makersIdentify opportunities and drive new business developmentRun a consultative sales process—from first conversation to installManage capital equipment deals with longer sales cycles and higher dollar valuePartner with applications and service teams to deliver real solutionsStay close to your customers—on-site, in the shop, and in the field

What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience (machine tools, fabrication, industrial, or similar)Proven track record managing a territory and closing dealsExperience selling capital equipment or technical solutions preferredAbility to work independently and stay disciplined in the fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable being in shops, on the floor, and in front of customers
Travel & Requirements
Up to 75% travel within your territoryValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift up to 40 lbs (demo materials, small equipment, etc.)Must be authorized to work in the U.S
