Director of AI Strategy & Transformation (on-site)

Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.  What You Will Be Doing  Drive AI transformation across the CTO department, with potential impact company wide  Own oversight of all AI initiatives within the CTO department and report progress to executive leadership  Partner with product leaders to embed AI into solution campaigns, sales enablement, and customer messaging  Translate technical AI work into clear business value and customer-facing use cases  Gather business needs and opportunities from Product VPs and channel them into the AI roadmap with data science and engineering  Collaborate closely with the data science team and engineering managers on roadmap execution  Provide technical feedback to stakeholders on AI feasibility and scope  What We Need From You  Experience bridging AI/ML technology and business outcomes  5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure  Previous involvement in defining or shaping AI strategy within an organization  Working understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLM fundamentals  Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives and customers  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences  Experience with roadmap planning and executive reporting  A grounded, pragmatic approach to AI  Nice to Have  Experience launching or developing an AI-first product from concept to market  Hands-on experience launching AI-powered features or go-to-market campaigns  Familiarity with applied AI use cases in enterprise software environments  Exposure to working with data science teams in a product or strategy capacity  Experience contributing to sales enablement, positioning, or messaging for AI-powered products  Track record of partnering with sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams to drive product adoption  OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
