The Opportunity
Partner.Co is looking for a Digital Product Manager with strong fundamentals, a passion for building great products, and a clear desire to grow into greater ownership and leadership.
This role is ideal for a mid‑level Product Manager who has experience delivering products and is ready to take the next step, owning problems end‑to‑end, navigating ambiguity, and learning how to drive outcomes at scale. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product Owners, UX, Analytics, and business stakeholders to turn real‑world needs into clear product requirements and impactful solutions.
You don’t need to be a senior PM, or a developer, to succeed here. You do need curiosity, judgment, great communication, and a willingness to learn fast.
What You’ll Do:
Own Product
Take ownership of defined product areas or initiatives from problem definition through delivery and outcomes
Translate business needs, user feedback, and operational constraints into clear, actionable product requirements
Learn to balance scope, impact, and feasibility while making thoughtful tradeoffs
Collaborate Across the Organization
Work closely with Engineering, Product Owners, UX, Analytics, Sales, Operations, and Marketing
Ask strong questions, clarify ambiguity, and create shared understanding across teams
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and non‑technical partners
Support Agile Delivery
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are clear, prioritized, and sprint‑ready
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination
Validate delivered work against requirements and intended outcomes
Build Technical & AI Fluency
Develop a working understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
Learn how engineering and quality assurance teams use modern and AI‑assisted tools to build faster and better
Identify opportunities where automation, integrations, or third‑party tools can simplify work and increase impact
Understand industry-specific and best-of-breed third-party tools and platforms
(You are not expected to write or maintain production code.)
Learn Outcome‑Driven Product Thinking
Track product performance using defined metrics and user feedback
Learn how to use data to validate decisions and guide improvements
Focus on delivering value and learning from results—not just shipping features
What Success Looks Like:
You bring clarity where there is ambiguity
You take increasing ownership over product decisions and outcomes
You learn quickly from feedback, data, and mentorship
You become a trusted partner to Engineering and business stakeholders, both internal and external
You grow toward leading larger initiatives and more complex problem spaces
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role
Experience working with Agile teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or internal tools
Preferred Skills
Strong product management fundamentals with a desire to grow
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Curiosity about technology, systems, and AI‑enabled development
Comfort working in fast‑moving, evolving environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Bias toward impact, learning, and continuous improvement
We Love Candidates Who Have:
Exposure to AI‑enabled or data‑driven products
Experience with global or multi‑market products
Background in operational, platform, or internal‑tool environments
Familiarity with fast‑growing or evolving organizations
Experience with direct selling and working with field sales leaders
