ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Admin, you work side-by-side with our Talent Partners to keep the candidate and staffer experience running smoothly: timely follow-ups, clean documentation, accurate platforms, and people who feel looked after. This is an entry-level role with a clear path forward — the best Talent Admins grow into Talent Partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
DAY-TO-DAY, YOU'LL OWN TWO KEY AREAS
Supporting candidates
- Follow up to ensure assessments are completed on time.
- Coordinate profile preparation ahead of client interviews.
- Prepare and send Job Offer letters and Independent Contractor Agreements.
- Send the Candidate Experience Survey and track responses.
- Manage candidate reward and bonus preparation in Notion.
- Conduct regular candidate portal audits for accuracy and completeness.
Supporting staffers
- Follow up on outstanding onboarding requirements for newly placed staffers.
- Set up and coordinate check-in invites with their assigned Talent Partners.
- Manage staffer records and updates in Sprout.
- Send the Staffer Survey at the right cadence and track responses.
- Manage staffer reward and bonus preparation in Notion.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Keeps multiple balls in the air without dropping any — detail-oriented and dependable.
- Writes clearly and professionally; knows how to follow up warmly without being pushy.
- Spots gaps before they become problems and moves to fix them.
- Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Can commit fully to a 9am–5pm EST schedule.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Sprout, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with an ATS — Ashby experience is a bonus.
- Background in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or executive support.
- Experience working with or supporting remote, cross-regional teams.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Monthly compensation in USD: $800-$1,000 depending on experience and portfolio complexity.
- Permanent WFH with company-provided equipment (laptop, monitor, accessories).
- 15 days PTO annually + public holidays

CONTRACT STATUS & EXCLUSIVITY:
This is an independent contractor engagement based in the Philippines. Full-time exclusivity is required. Candidates must not hold other part-time or freelance engagements once hired. Conflict-of-interest checks may apply.
