Seasonal Leasing Agent (July - August 2026)

JSM Living is a local property management company seeking a Seasonal Leasing Agent to support our residential leasing operations during our busiest time of the year. This temporary position runs from early July through late August, with a potential (but not required) extension through September. Key Dates and Availability Position runs from approximately July – August 2026Must be available to work August Saturdays (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Priority work dates include:Saturday, August 8Saturday, August 15Friday, August 21 Flexible daytime hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needsThis position is 100% on-site at our Champaign, IL office What You’ll Do Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, both in person and via phone/emailAssist with move-in day coordination and preparation of materialsSupport key pick-up logistics and related administrative tasksHelp maintain office organization and cleanlinessDrive company vehicles for errands, resident services, and key deliveries (must have a valid driver's license) What We’re Looking For Friendly, team-oriented, and organized individualsStrong customer service and communication skillsA valid driver’s license is requiredPrevious office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $16/hour, depending on experience Locations: Champaign, IL
