As a SEO Specialist your primary focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your growing SEO knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverable and the wider team around you. You will also start to contribute to client briefs, applying our test and learn approach, sharing success across the practice. You’ll follow all QA policies and processes and will begin to identify any improvements to ways of working, guidelines and generate ideas for automation.
In this role you will 🖊️
Be responsible for the delivery of our best-in-class, client centric SEO deliverables
Produce flawless keyword analysis and categorisation, which will be the bedrock of our success for clients
Conduct thorough technical audits with support from the team to ensure any blockers to success are identified and fixed
Be a key cog in our highly successful SEO performance content offering
Lead small projects, or sub-brands within our portfolio client mix to enable you to progress your account management skill set
Support SEO Managers in identifying key areas of opportunities for your clients
Working within your pod to help effectively manage workflows and prioritisation across accounts
Be the ultimate team player and work with Associates & Specialists to support in knowledge sharing
Work with oversight on audits, slide decks or documents; reporting and liaising with client as required
We’re looking for someone with 🔍
1 year of SEO experience
Excellent english communication (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Comfortable providing recommendations in a client centric manner
Experience of using tools e.g Screaming Frog, PSI, Ahrefs, Google Analytics & rank tracking tools such as seoClarity or similar
Experience working with data, particularly adept at using Google Sheets & Excel with formulas such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & Pivot tables
Work best with directional support rather than hand holding
Challenging yourself to do better every day, asking for feedback and acting on it
Curiosity about the world around you and new technology
Self-motivation - you don’t need a lot of direction, and aren’t afraid to ask questions when you need to understand something better, but will try to figure out the answer on your own first
