Why this role exists Revive’s transaction volume is growing quickly, and strong outcomes depend on disciplined operational execution. This role exists to ensure that Sell360 and Renovate-to-Sell transactions progress smoothly from offer acceptance through resale by maintaining accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through across multiple stakeholders. This role combines elements of transaction coordination and executive operations support. You will own the operational details that keep deals moving forward—managing documentation, timelines, and communication across lenders, escrow partners, insurance providers, contractors, and internal teams. This is a role for a highly organized operator who takes pride in precision, accountability, and ensuring complex processes run cleanly from start to finish. What you will do Support real estate transactions from offer acceptance through resale, ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution across each stage of the transaction lifecycleOpen escrows and coordinate documentation with lenders, escrow officers, title companies, insurance providers, and internal teamsReview transaction documentation, disclosures, and related files, organizing materials and identifying items requiring internal reviewMaintain complete and well-organized digital transaction files and documentation across multiple active dealsTrack timelines, deadlines, and dependencies across transactions to ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated earlyManage operational logistics during property ownership, including utilities, insurance, recurring property expenses, and documentation trackingCoordinate and track documentation required for Renovate-to-Sell equity verification and transaction complianceReview mortgage statements, title reports, payoff information, and related documentation using established eligibility criteriaMaintain visibility across 15–25 concurrent transactions, ensuring details remain accurate and currentCommunicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to close operational loops and resolve outstanding itemsProvide operational coordination support to senior leadership where needed, ensuring key transaction updates, documentation, and next steps remain visible and organizedIdentify operational inefficiencies or documentation gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen transaction workflows Who you are Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple complex workflows simultaneously while maintaining clarity and controlProactive and capable of moving work forward without constant supervisionClear and professional communicator with internal teams and external partnersComfortable operating within structured processes while exercising judgment on when to escalate issuesCalm and reliable under pressure when timelines shift or unexpected issues ariseMotivated by creating order, maintaining visibility, and ensuring operations run smoothly Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in real estate transactions, escrow, operations, or transaction coordinationFamiliarity with residential real estate transaction workflowsComfortable reviewing financial, title, escrow, and property-related documentationExperience managing multiple active transaction files simultaneouslyStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsProficiency with digital file systems and operational tracking toolsExperience working with lenders, escrow officers, or title companies preferred Locations: Irvine, CA
