About the role Servers play a pivotal role in the guest experience at Ascension Coffee, providing genuine hospitable service in a warm environment. What you'll do Greet all guests with genuine hospitalityTake guest's drink and food ordersEnsure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely mannerSuggest different drinks, appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and coffeeWork closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experienceConfirm orders with the baristas, chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requestedAssist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger partiesMust be able to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Strong customer service skills requiredAbility to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plusExtensive training providedQualifications·      One year of high volume server experience.
