3D Artist

About this role

About the Role We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist to support our in-house product visualization pipeline. This role requires a strong balance of technical precision, attention to detail, and production discipline, with the ability to work efficiently within an established workflow while contributing high-quality assets for new product launches. The ideal candidate is comfortable following structured processes, reusing existing assets intelligently, and producing accurate, production-ready models and materials from detailed product specifications. Tools & Pipeline Our 3D pipeline includes internal tools, scripts, and automation that handle tasks such as asset validation, scene preparation, and rendering. Artists are expected to work within these systems and follow the technical standards they enforce, allowing the team to produce consistent results at scale. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working in a tool-driven production environment where parts of the workflow are automated and governed by defined rules. Team & Support Structure This role is part of a collaborative, well-supported 3D team. The 3D Artist works closely with a 3D Lead, who provides regular reviews, technical guidance, and feedback on models and materials to ensure consistency and quality. A manager supports task planning, priorities, and timelines so the artist always has clear direction and realistic expectations. Structured onboarding is provided, including documented guidelines, reference scenes, and established model and material libraries, so new team members can ramp up quickly and confidently within the pipeline.
