As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you’ll convert inbound leads and follow up on warm referrals as you educate customers on Mira’s coverage, pricing, and service value. What you'll do The Customer Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in driving top-line growth by converting inbound opportunities and upselling add-on services. This position focuses on educating customers, setting proper expectations, and creating long-term, value-driven relationships. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and messages to generate new business and upsell existing customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions to drive conversionsEducate prospects on service offerings, pricing, and value propositions to overcome objectionsFollow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipelineAccurately document interactions, opportunities, and next steps in FieldRoutesCollaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service expectationsMeet or exceed individual and team sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goalsMaintain professionalism, product knowledge, and brand integrity in all customer interactions Qualifications A passion for helping customers and building lasting relationshipsStrong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentConfidence with sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniquesProficiency (or willingness to learn) FieldRoutes and NICE CRMCommitment to honesty, empathy, and accountabilitySales/call center experience or completion of inside sales baseline training preferredFamiliarity with inside sales, account creation, or call center operations (FieldRoutes experience a plus) Base Pay $15/hour + commission Average Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000 Top Earners $100,000+ Benefits Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off HQ building perks (basketball court, full gym, sauna, cold plunge, putt putt, etc.) Weekly catered lunches, daily snacks and drinks Locations: Lindon, UT
