The Role
As an analytics manager – client delivery, you will lead and coach a high-performing analytics team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable analytical outputs for global electric utility customers. This is a hands-on people leadership role with a strong emphasis on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous innovation in how analytics is delivered.
You will manage a team of ~8–10 analysts and consultants, ensuring they are successful on customer projects while continuously raising the bar on quality, timeliness, and scalability. You will also play a key role in modernising our analytics approach, leveraging automation, AI, and new ways of working to help AiDASH scale as a fast-growing startup.
How you’ll make an impact:
People leadership & coaching: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 high-performing analysts, setting clear expectations and helping them succeed on complex customer engagements
Client delivery excellence: Own analytics delivery across multiple customer projects, ensuring outputs are high quality, on time, and aligned to customer needs
Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Heads of GIS, Application Engineering, Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
Analytics innovation & AI adoption: Combine strong analytics fundamentals (problem structuring, data analysis, insights generation) with AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, scale, and consistency of analytical outputs
Operational rigor: Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that enable predictable, scalable analytics delivery
Measurement & accountability: Track success through clear metrics such as quality of output, delivery timelines, and scalability as the business grows
What we’re looking for:
A natural people leader with high empathy and conviction, with a track record of leading and coaching high-performing analytics or consulting teams
Strong analytics foundation (business analytics, data analysis, problem solving) with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
Experience partnering cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams (GIS, engineering, product, customer success)
Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI, automation, or new analytical approaches to improve how work gets done
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Experienced scaling teams in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
Comfortable making tough trade-offs in a fast-moving startup
Able to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession
