About the role We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep React Native expertise to lead the development of Enzo Health’s mobile experience. You’ll build fast, intuitive, and reliable mobile applications that clinicians and operators rely on daily. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the mobile stack end-to-end and play a key role in defining how our products are used in the field. What you'll do Own the development and evolution of our mobile applications using React NativeBuild and ship high-quality, performant mobile features across iOS and AndroidCollaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiencesOptimize app performance, reliability, and offline capabilities for real-world clinical environmentsDesign scalable mobile architecture and establish best practicesIntegrate APIs and real-time data systems to support core workflows (documentation, intake, etc.)Debug production issues and continuously improve app stabilityContribute to product decisions and help shape the mobile roadmap Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on mobile developmentDeep experience with React Native and the mobile ecosystem (iOS + Android)Strong understanding of mobile performance, state management, and debuggingExperience integrating with backend APIs and handling real-time or asynchronous dataExperience building and maintaining apps used in production at scaleStrong product sense and attention to user experienceAbility to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment Why This Role Matters Healthcare happens outside the office—clinicians are in the field, and their tools need to work seamlessly wherever they are.
