About the role We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the core infrastructure powering Enzo Health. You’ll work across the stack to develop fast, reliable, and intuitive products that automate critical workflows in home health. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to directly shape both product and technical direction. What you'll do Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systemsOwn major parts of the codebase and help define technical architectureWork closely with product and design to translate user needs into scalable solutionsBuild systems that leverage AI/ML to automate healthcare workflows (OASIS, intake, scribe, etc.)Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of our platformWrite clean, maintainable code and establish best practices across the engineering teamParticipate in code reviews and mentor other engineers as the team growsMove quickly—balancing speed with long-term technical quality Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, etc.)Experience designing and building scalable systems and APIsComfort working across the entire stack, from UI/UX to infrastructureStrong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguityExperience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)Familiarity with AI/ML systems or integrating APIs (e.g., LLMs) is a plusBias toward action and a strong sense of ownership Why This Role Matters Enzo Health is automating some of the most manual and error-prone workflows in post-acute healthcare.
