About the role We’re looking for a scrappy, high-ownership Product Manager to drive the development of Enzo Health’s core products. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market, turning real customer problems into scalable software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to build products that directly impact patient care and healthcare operations. What you'll do Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration across key Enzo products (OASIS automation, intake, scribe, etc.)Work closely with engineering and design to define product requirements and ship high-quality features quicklyTalk to customers regularly (home health operators, clinicians, admins) to deeply understand pain points and workflowsTranslate insights into clear product specs, roadmaps, and prioritiesBalance speed and quality while making high-stakes product tradeoffsAnalyze product performance and drive continuous improvement using data and user feedbackCollaborate with sales and marketing to ensure strong product positioning and successful launchesHelp define and refine Enzo’s long-term product strategy Qualifications 3–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environmentStrong ability to break down complex problems into simple, intuitive product experiencesExperience working closely with engineers and shipping technical productsCustomer-obsessed mindset with a bias toward actionComfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and accountabilityStrong communication skills—able to align cross-functional teams and influence decisionsAnalytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisionsExperience in healthcare or AI products is a plus, but not required Why This Role Matters Enzo Health is building the operating system for post-acute care.
