About the role We’re looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Controller to build and scale the financial backbone of Enzo Health. As an early finance leader, you’ll own core accounting operations, establish scalable processes, and provide the financial visibility needed to support rapid growth. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership, where you’ll help shape how we manage cash, forecast growth, and make strategic decisions. What you'll do Own all core accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger managementBuild and maintain scalable financial processes, controls, and systemsPrepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with leadershipSupport board reporting, investor updates, and fundraising diligenceOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processesEnsure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and external reporting requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce operational frictionPartner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and growth planning Qualifications 5–10+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup or SaaS companyStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsExperience owning the full close process and building accounting systems from the ground upCPA or equivalent certification preferredHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrong communication skills and ability to partner with non-financial stakeholdersExperience with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.) is a plus Why This Role Matters Enzo Health is at a critical inflection point—scaling revenue, expanding our product suite, and increasing automation across healthcare workflows.
