TEACHING ROLE Junior Summer Dance Teaching Staff support the successful execution of Crowd Pleasers Dance camps by assisting with choreography instruction, performance modeling, camp energy, and documentation. Junior Staff members work under the direction of assigned Senior Staff and play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and professional camp environment for every team we serve. This position is designed for strong performers and educators who are developing leadership skills while contributing meaningfully to the CP camp experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Junior Staff support Senior Staff in delivering high-energy, high-quality camp experiences. This role focuses on choreography execution, teaching support, and creating a positive camp culture. Experience & Skills Previous experience teaching, assisting, or performing in dance team, studio, or camp settingsStrong technical foundation with the ability to demonstrate choreography full outComfortable teaching and cleaning choreography for large groupsExperience performing halftime, pep rally, and contest routines preferredAbility to adapt teaching style to varying skill levels Personal Attributes Coachable and receptive to feedbackReliable, organized, and preparedHigh stamina and ability to maintain energy throughout long camp daysProfessional in appearance, communication, and conductPositive, encouraging, and team-first mindsetDetail-oriented and committed to excellence Locations: Hybrid (Houston, TX, US)
