The Opportunity
Drive early revenue and build the business through direct execution, shaping how we win in the region.
This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives in building environments - someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ownership.
The Role
You will be a key sales leader in London, responsible for personally driving pipeline creation, leading enterprise deals end-to-end, and establishing the foundation for growth.
You will operate close to the market - working directly with customers, creating early traction, and shaping the go-to-market approach through direct execution.
What You’ll Own
The market - building and expanding our presence
The pipeline - personally driving new enterprise opportunities
Enterprise deals - leading complex sales cycles and customer relationships end-to-end
The foundation - establishing a scalable go-to-market motion through execution
What You’ll Do
Build and expand the business through direct execution
Define and execute go-to-market strategy in-region
Personally drive pipeline creation and enterprise customer acquisition
Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
Hire and develop early team members
Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
Navigate complex enterprise sales environments
This Role Is a Great Fit If You
Have experience building or expanding a market
Are comfortable operating without a predefined playbook and creating one
Are deeply involved in deals and expected to lead them personally
Know how to generate pipeline and close enterprise opportunities
Can balance strategy with execution
Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Background
Strong enterprise SaaS sales experience
Experience in international markets
Proven ability to personally generate pipeline and close deals
Experience in cybersecurity or identity is a strong advantage
Leadership experience is helpful, but not required
