BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing team in New York. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, engaging new prospects, and shaping how Coral is perceived in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their sales career.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and research ideal prospects within the healthcare market
- Execute outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points
- Book demos for Account Executives and ensure smooth pipeline handoff
- Log activities and track progress in the CRM
- Partner closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns
- Relay prospect feedback to the product and go-to-market teams
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine curiosity and ability to run sharp discovery conversations
- Coachable, self-motivated, and a strong team collaborator
- High agency and bias for action, you take initiative and get things done

- Experience selling into healthcare / DME / RCM
- Early-stage startup experience
- Familiarity with technical or workflow-heavy products
