You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to craft intuitive, scalable, and impactful user interfaces—translating user needs and business goals into seamless digital experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and own the design process for core products, from concept to execution - Conduct user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, user experience, and visuals - Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate interaction and design ideas effectively - Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and refine product designs - Help define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the platform - Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration REQUIREMENTS - 4-9 years of proven experience in product design, preferably with SaaS/B2B platforms - Strong portfolio showcasing strategic product thinking, design process, and impactful outcomes - Expertise with key design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) - Deep understanding of UX, UI, and interaction design principles - Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback - Prior experience in AI/ML products or data-driven platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) WHAT WE OFFER - Opportunity to shape next-generation AI products used by enterprises globally - Collaborative and high-growth start-up environment - Competitive compensation and ESOPs - Flexible work environment - Medical insurance - Learning and development opportunities Interested?
