About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, improve, and scale products that deliver real user value. You will be involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to shipping features and measuring impact.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a full Product Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution
Translate product requirements into clear PRDS/user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams during sprint cycles
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of features
Contribute to product roadmap planning and trade-off discussions
Own and drive small features/modules end-to-end (from discovery to release and iteration)
User Understanding
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable insights
Data & Metrics
Define and track key product metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, task completion)
Analyze data to inform product decisions and prioritization
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Engineering, Design, Business)
Communicate product updates, timelines, and trade-offs clearly
Product Discovery
Assist in problem identification, solution ideation, and validation
Contribute to PRDs, feature specs, and product documentation
Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in product workflows and suggest improvements
Support experimentation (A/B testing, pilots, iterations)
Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational effort through product and process improvements
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Design / Engineering / other adjacent areas
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to take ownership of small features/modules independently
Ability to own small new or enhancements to features independently with guidance
Working understanding of APIs, data flows, and system behavior to effectively collaborate with engineering, reason about trade-offs, and troubleshoot product issues
Comfort working with data (SQL is a plus)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, or similar is a plus
Good to Have
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)
Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle (idea → PRD → design → development → release → iteration)
Exposure to process improvement or automation (reducing manual ops effort)
