Work Location:  Remote in following states: AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, IN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WY Employment Type:  Internship/OJT Requirement: This requisition is only open to Skillbridge applicants (Transitioning active-duty military in their final 180 days of service) Job Description: The Program Analyst (Intern) supports the Senior Program Manager in ensuring effective project management and smooth operations within the team. This role is responsible for data input, analysis, and report generation, as well as coordinating project meetings, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking action items. The Program Analyst will verify milestone deliveries, review project artifacts, report on risks identified by project teams, and assist in resolving invoicing or payment issues. The role also involves conducting research on project health, evaluating and implementing new systems and processes, and maintaining data accuracy to support project success.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Program Support and Execution  Maintain accurate and timely project data within designated systems to support reporting and visibility  Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with program timelines  Review project artifacts and flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps for Program Manager awareness  Support resolution of invoicing and payment issues in coordination with Contracting and Finance  Data Analysis and Reporting  Analyze program data to produce reports and dashboards reflecting project status, funding, and performance  Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across systems and reporting outputs  Provide insights on project health to support decision-making and program oversight  Coordination and Communication  Schedule and coordinate meetings in support of program activities  Prepare and distribute meeting materials, notes, and action items  Support communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through on key activities  Process Improvement and Systems Support  Assist in testing new tools and systems to support program operations  Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures  Support adoption of systems and processes across the team  General Support  Provide administrative and operational support to Program Managers and team members  Perform additional duties aligned with program and organizational need  Qualifications Expected for Position: Required Education/Clearance      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field  Minimum one year of experience in a project support or analyst role  Strong written and verbal communication skills  High attention to detail and organizational discipline  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools  Preferred Experience supporting government or Department of Defense programs  Familiarity with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)  Exposure to project management methodologies  CAPM, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications    Travel: No travel anticipated Salary Range: Internship - On The Job Training Equal Opportunity Employer: NSTXL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
