SDR (SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE) Team: Monetization Location: Flexible / Remote Reporting to: Sales Director ROLE OVERVIEW The SDR qualifies enterprise demand and builds high-quality opportunity flow. This role ensures pipeline quality before Account Executive engagement. This is structured demand qualification, not mass outreach. CORE MANDATE The SDR is accountable for: - Identifying qualified enterprise demand - Conducting structured discovery - Filtering high-quality opportunities - Maintaining clean pipeline hygiene POSSIBLE FOCUS AREAS - CPG demand qualification - Telecom demand qualification - Enterprise (other verticals) qualification ROLE IMPACT - Higher close rates - Reduced sales cycle friction - Stronger pipeline predictability - Improved AE productivity
