THE ROLE We're looking for a strong senior engineer who's at a career crossroads; ready to take on more leadership while staying deeply technical. You'll start as a senior IC contributor for 3-6 months, then transition into leading a small team while continuing to write code and ship features. This is the ideal role if you've been thinking about management but want to try it in a supportive environment where you can be coached and grow into the role. If it works, great - you'll have a clear path to Engineering Manager. If not, that's okay too - you'll still be valued as a senior IC.
