Position Overview We are seeking a professional, polished, and dependable Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is critical to the firm’s daily operations and client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume environment with professionalism and warmth. Law firm experience is preferred. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely mannerGreet and direct walk-in clients, vendors, and scheduled appointmentsCoordinate visitor check-ins and maintain front office presentationOpen, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mailManage outgoing mail and courier coordinationMaintain reception area organization and professionalismAssist with scheduling and general administrative coordination as neededProvide administrative support to attorneys and staff when requestedPerform additional front desk and reception-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experienceLaw firm experience preferredProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technologyReliable and punctual Spanish fluency (verbal and written) is strongly preferred.
