About the role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Website Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for new clients as they begin their website journey with us. You’ll guide them through onboarding, collect key materials, and help them understand how their new website will work. Your goal is to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience that sets each project up for success.
