What you'll be responsible for:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll support the kitchen and F&B team by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth kitchen operation, upholding sanitation standards, and supporting food safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipmentOperate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation guidelinesKeep dish, prep, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stockedAssist with trash and recycling removal and proper disposalSupport kitchen team with basic cleaning, restocking, and prep assistance as neededFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresClean floors, mats, walls, and work surfaces as assignedAssist with opening, closing, and side work dutiesSupport other kitchen stations during peak times when neededOther duties as assigned

Qualifications
Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge of basic sanitation and safety practices in a kitchen environmentAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsStrong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detailDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak seasonFood handler certification preferred but not required
