Why ClearStar Needs You:
The QA Manager plays a critical role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across our global operations. This role is responsible for strengthening quality standards, enhancing compliance, and driving continuous improvement to support an exceptional client experience. You will leverage both traditional QA methodologies and AI-enabled tools to scale quality and improve operational performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Quality Assurance function across global operationsDevelop and implement quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologiesMonitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesConduct audits and ensure alignment with FCRA and regulatory requirementsDrive root cause analysis and support corrective action planningStandardize quality processes and maintain clear, consistent documentationDeliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on quality performanceFacilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality standardsSupport training initiatives to strengthen frontline performancePartner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to enhance workflowsOwn and optimize AI-enabled QA tools, including automated scoring and anomaly detectionConfigure and refine prompt-based review logic and quality automation workflowsSupport the ongoing enhancement of QA systems and automation capabilities
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or compliance within a regulated environmentStrong knowledge of FCRA, verification processes, and quality standardsExperience developing or enhancing QA programs and audit processesHands-on experience with AI-enabled QA tools, automation workflows, or conversational AI platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting audits, compliance, and risk management effortsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholdersExperience leading or mentoring team membersStrong attention to detail and sound professional judgmentPBSA Certification preferredA dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
