About the role
The Senior Account Director oversees a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing advanced strategic leadership and ensuring long-term client success. This role operates at a senior level, managing complex relationships and driving significant business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or client strategy leadershipAgency experience preferredExperience managing enterprise-level clientsExperience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plusWorking knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Executive Client Leadership
Build and maintain executive-level client relationshipsLead high-level strategic conversations and long-term planningServe as a trusted advisor on business and marketing strategy
Portfolio Strategy & Performance
Oversee strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and performanceDrive long-term growth and retention across the portfolioIdentify and act on opportunities for expansion
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead and support Account Directors and their teamsEnsure high standards of performance, communication, and deliveryProvide coaching and leadership across the organization
Operational Excellence
Ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and quality across accountsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
Core Skills & Competencies
Executive presence and communicationAdvanced strategic thinkingLeadership and team managementBusiness growth and revenue managementOperational oversightExperience with tools and ad platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, ClickUp, etc., is a plus
