About the role
The Group Account Director leads a portfolio of accounts and a team of account leaders, ensuring consistent delivery, strategic excellence, and business growth across the group.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required10 or more years of experience in agency or client strategy leadershipStrong experience managing teams and account portfoliosExperience working with ecommerce and/or B2B clients is a plusWorking knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred

Portfolio Leadership
Oversee a group of accounts, ensuring consistent performance and deliveryDrive strategic alignment and quality across all accounts
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop Account Directors and senior team membersBuild a high-performing, accountable team culture
Business Growth & Performance
Drive revenue growth and retention across the portfolioIdentify opportunities to expand services and increase client value
Operational Strategy
Improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalabilityPartner with leadership to align on business priorities
Core Skills & Competencies
Team leadership and coachingPortfolio managementStrategic oversightOperational excellenceBusiness growth mindsetExperience with tools and ad platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, ClickUp, etc., is a plus
