We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Strategist to support the execution and performance of client marketing programs. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day account needs, coordinating across internal teams, and contributing to performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to bring structure and clarity to evolving client needs. Please note that this role is hybrid (remote and in-person) and our office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or related fieldAgency experience preferredWorking knowledge of paid media (search, social, programmatic, traditional) preferredExperience supporting multi-channel campaigns and client relationships Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Support Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing routine communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal oversightBuild strong working relationships through consistent, reliable execution and communicationLead portions of client meetings (status updates, reporting walk-throughs) with support from senior team membersEnsure all client deliverables and requests are clearly communicated and followed through, even as priorities shift Account & Project Ownership Own execution of project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across assigned workstreamsMaintain and update key account documents (status reports, trackers, timelines) with accuracyPrioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met in dynamic environmentsProactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and escalate when neededSupport budget and scope tracking at a project levelSupport tasks and project timelines in project management software (ClickUp) Performance & Strategic Support Begin to connect performance results to campaign strategy and client goalsContribute to building reports and presentations, including drafting insights and recommendationsPartner with media and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate and actionable Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution across channelsDevelop project, creative, and media briefs with increasing independenceCommunicate client feedback clearly and ensure it is reflected in deliverablesHelp ensure internal teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectationsBring organization and clarity across teams when multiple inputs, timelines, or priorities are in play Quality Assurance & Execution Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategyEnsure feedback and updates are implemented correctly and efficientlyTake ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure high-quality outputMaintain attention to detail while managing a high volume of deliverables and timelines Growth & Development Continue developing a stronger understanding of marketing strategy, performance metrics, and paid media channelsDemonstrate ability to “connect the dots” between execution and outcomesTake initiative in identifying improvements and contributing ideas to the teamActively seek feedback and apply it to improve performance and impact Core Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to stay organized and effective in fast-paced, evolving environmentsClear and confident communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and identify meaningful insights (with guidance)Working knowledge of marketing KPIs and performance driversStrong attention to detail and accountability for assigned workAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm, problem-solving approach under pressure What Success Looks Like in This Role You can manage day-to-day account needs independently with minimal oversightYou bring structure and organization to complex or evolving projectsDeliverables are consistently on time, accurate, and well-coordinatedYou contribute to performance insights and recommendations, not just reportingYou are beginning to think strategically, understanding the “why” behind the workClients and internal teams see you as a reliable and steady partner, even during busy or shifting periods Locations: Phoenix, AZ
