About the role MCCi is looking for a Support Technician to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion for technology. What you'll do Work closely with product end users and provide them with the highest level of support and customer serviceProvide basic technical support to clients via email, phone, or other virtual methodsHave a basic understanding of the organization’s products and servicesRespond quickly and effectively to requests received through the help deskSupport multiple products and troubleshoot hardwareAssist with platform and server upgradesAssist with network issues related to our software What you'll need to be successful High School Diploma1 year of customer service or call center experienceMicrosoft knowledge (Office, Workstation, Server SQL)College level courses or vocational training, Computer Science knowledge preferredElectronic Content Management experience, preferredDesktop Support experience, preferredGeneral knowledge of Windows Operating systemsStrong time management skills and ability to multi-taskStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to support clients in a remote capacityExcellent communication skillsAbility to learn and support technical systems and applications What you can expect from us We really ARE more than a company!
