Who You Are:
You're a data-obsessed growth marketer who lives in HubSpot, thinks in funnels, and leverages AI to move faster than teams twice your size. You've built and scaled B2B SaaS growth programs targeting enterprise accounts, and you know how to turn marketing automation and account intelligence into pipeline. You direct contractors and approve creative — you don't write the blog posts. Your job is to read the data, place the bets, and double down on what works.
What You'll Do:
Own marketing automation in HubSpot — build lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, and scoring models that activate and convert enterprise accountsDeepen enterprise account intelligence using GTM tools (enrichment, intent data, ABM signals) to power sales engagementLeverage AI across the stack to accelerate experimentation, personalization, segmentation, and reportingManage paid media contractors — brief them, approve creative, and optimize spend against CAC and pipeline targetsRun conversion rate optimization across landing pages, onboarding, and funnel touchpoints (A/B testing, cohort and funnel analysis)Use account and market intelligence to create, improve, and test sales assets and messagingTranslate dashboards into decisions — identify what's working, kill what isn't, and scale what scalesReport weekly on funnel performance and growth experiments
What You'll Bring:
3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a track record reaching and converting enterprise accountsDeep HubSpot expertise (or equivalent) — marketing automation is your home baseFluency applying AI tools to marketing workflows (automation, analysis, creative QA, ops)Strong command of B2B growth principles: experimentation, rapid iteration, metrics-driven decisionsProven ability to manage contractors and approve creative without being the creatorComfort owning data — pulling it, interpreting it, and defending conclusions with itHeavy bias toward action and independence; unafraid to unblock yourself and ask questionsHealthcare experience a plus
