Furthermore, you will take ownership in applying and managing publicly funded projects and take over stakeholder management. Lastly, you will support in building up the supply chain and establishing strategic partnerships.  You are part of a diverse team and work collaboratively with business professionals, scientists, and engineers in a highly dynamic working environment. Working with us offers you a wide range of opportunities to develop professionally and personally, show initiative, take responsibility, and help make influential decisions.   Your responsibilities Conception, coordination, and management of strategic and operational projects with internal and external partners  Analysis and evaluation of new business and partnerships  Intensive cross-functional communication with all departments   Financial Budget Planning & regular Reporting to Laser/Infrastructure Management Team  Make sure the program is on track while keeping the team focused and motivated  What you bring to the table You have completed a Masters or PhD degree in business, finance, industrial engineering, physics, or a similar field  3+ years of hands-on experience in an operations, strategy, or similar role  (i.e. in a strategy consultancy, strategy department or working in a high-growth startup)  Successful completion of a complex project either in a private or professional context  Fluency in English and conversational communication skills in German (B2+ level) are mandatory  Hands-on experience with Project Management Tools What we offer Our mission is motivation enough for many.
