To support our growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Category Manager, Technology Portfolio.  Reporting to the Vice President, Technology Portfolio, you will be responsible for leading a portion of our Technology category at CoreTrust. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to optimize technology-related procurement processes for our members. The position involves a dual focus on managing supplier partnerships and acting as a technology evangelist and subject matter expert for CoreTrust members and our sales organization.  Responsibilities Source, negotiate and structure technology agreements that create strong value for CoreTrust, its members and suppliers   Contribute to and execute multi-year category strategies for the technology portfolio aligned to business goals, member needs, and market dynamics  Conduct market, competitive, and supplier analysis to inform portfolio direction, expansion opportunities, and investment prioritization  Assist in supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting to secure differentiated commercial structures and value-added benefits for members  Participate in end-to-end offering development, from concept and design through sourcing, contracting, and transition to go-to-market execution  Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth  Serve as a technology portfolio subject matter expert in support of sales efforts, member engagement, and internal enablement  Own category/supplier financial performance, including revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, expansion opportunities, and long-term value creation  Drive achievement of KPIs, manage budgets, and leverage performance insights to optimize GTM efforts and prioritize strategic initiatives  Build and manage strategic, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships focused on performance improvement, risk mitigation, and market share growth  Lead regular supplier business reviews and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation  Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across the portfolio lifecycle  Provide regular updates to senior leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and strategic initiatives Contribute to broader enterprise initiatives, including portfolio expansion, adjacent market opportunities, and M&A support as needed    Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier relationship management, including complex commercial negotiations  Proven track record of successfully managing technology partnerships and driving mutual value  Strong understanding of technology trends, products, and services as well as the technology sales process  Highly organized with the ability to coordinate complex supplier relationship management activities, ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders, and drive completion of key initiatives  Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities in a strategic context  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills  Analytical, data-driven decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset  Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across functions in a dynamic environment  GPO experience or familiarity with group purchasing models is a plus  Benefits Competitive compensation package  Free individual employee medical coverage  Company subsidized dental and vision coverage  Dollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary with immediate vesting  Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage  Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and mental health  $1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certifications  Free snacks and beverages on-site Brand new, state-of-the-art, tech-enabled work environment in downtown Nashville Flexible/hybrid work culture  Offices: Nashville, Tennessee, United States (Nashville HQ);
