About the role As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, AI at Bloom Growth, you will design and deliver intelligent systems that power our platform and enhance the customer experience. This role blends fullstack development with a focus on backend and AI systems, building client-facing capabilities that are scalable and reliable. You’ll partner closely with product and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into high-quality engineering outcomes. Your work will directly impact product quality, user experience, and our continued growth. What you'll do Design and deploy scalable AI models and intelligent system featuresBuild and support backend systems powering AI-driven functionalityEstablish and scale MLOps practices for production AI solutionsPartner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutionsShip iterative improvements using agile methodologies and real-world feedbackLeverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflowsMaintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and scalabilityChampion DevOps practices including CI/CD and system monitoring Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of software engineering experience2+ years building and scaling AI solutions in productionExperience developing client-facing AI capabilitiesStrong backend and data systems experienceHands-on experience with cloud, CI/CD, and containerizationStrong communication skills in a remote environment Preferred: Experience leading projects or mentoring engineersExperience with RAG, prompt systems, or AI evaluation frameworksExperience in SaaS or B2B environmentsExperience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) Compensation The expected base salary range for this role is $150,000–$190,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
