But that transformation doesn’t happen without great teams - especially those leading the onboarding and optimization of our technology on the factory floor.  We’re hiring a Senior Field Application Engineer to lead how Apera’s AI vision technology is delivered, adopted, and scaled in real manufacturing environments. This is a leadership-first role - not just about solving problems, but about building the people and processes that prevent them.  This role is based out of our office in Farming Hills, Michigan.
