Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing campaigns and field events. This is a highly operational, execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-quality programs at scale.
You will play a critical role in bringing campaigns and events to life, working across vendors, systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and field channels
Build and launch landing pages, emails, and workflows using marketing automation tools
Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
Events & Field Marketing
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows)
Manage logistics, including venues, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination
Own event timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with regional teams
Vendor Management & Procurement
Source and manage vendors for events, swag, and marketing materials
Handle procurement processes, contracts, and purchase orders
Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery from all vendors
Marketing Operations
Upload and manage lead lists post-events and campaigns in CRM and marketing platforms
Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and campaign attribution
Support lead routing and basic workflow management
Content & Asset Coordination
Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral and branded materials
Ensure brand consistency across all campaign and event deliverables
Required Experience & Skills
3–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience coordinating events and managing vendors end-to-end
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or database/infrastructure company
Exposure to global marketing teams and multi-region campaign exec
