The Field Marketing Manager, EMEA at Level Access will support the development and execution of regional marketing strategy in a growing market. This role focuses on driving pipeline through targeted programs, working closely with sales leadership to align on priorities and deliver measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and motivated by hitting targets. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment, can prioritize effectively, and is confident partnering with sales team members to move initiatives forward.
This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy, using data and insight to inform how we engage the market
Contribute to EMEA pipeline goals through execution of regional marketing and demand generation programs
Plan and execute targeted events, campaigns, and ABM programs for key enterprise accounts in close partnership with sales
Leverage demand generation initiatives to support priority accounts and regional growth objectives
Prioritize programs and investments based on commercial impact and pipeline potential
Own end-to-end execution of event calendar, including delivery, follow-up, and performance tracking
Partner directly with sales leadership and account teams to align on priorities, develop program strategy, and secure buy-in.
Translate sales priorities into actionable marketing programs and incorporate feedback to improve execution and results
Adapt plans based on performance data, market feedback, and shifting regional needs
Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve program effectiveness and efficiency
Handle multiple priorities across countries, industries, and segments in a fast-paced environment
Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion rates
Use data to advise decisions, optimize programs, and guide future investment
Manage budgets and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar role
Track record of supporting or contributing to pipeline and revenue goals
Experience working with sales teams and supporting regional marketing efforts
Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and comfortable managing shifting priorities
Self-starter with the ability to implement programs with moderate guidance
Analytical perspective with a data-driven approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel up to 20%
