Role Title: Frontend Tester – Insurance We are looking for a Frontend Tester- Insurance to ensure the quality and usability of customer-facing and internal digital platforms for life insurance. You will validate web and mobile applications used across customer, agent, and operations journeys, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant user experience. Experience 2–6+ years in UI / frontend testing or QA Experience with web and mobile digital platforms Insurance or financial services exposure is an advantage Technical & Testing Skills Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Understanding of responsive web design Familiar with browser developer tools Strong knowledge of test case design, SDLC, Agile, and regression testing Domain & Tools Exposure to insurance journeys (onboarding, servicing, claims) Awareness of compliance and data privacy requirements Experience with Jira and TestRail Nice to Have ISTQB certification Mobile testing (iOS / Android) experience Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)   WHY JOIN CAPCO?
