PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option.
Our marketing team is fast-moving and deeply collaborative. We work across a growing number of verticals supporting both practice-facing (B2B), patient-facing (B2C) programs, product marketing, and we take ownership seriously — every person on the team has a real impact!
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and own execution across our Aesthetics, Fertility, Audiology and Enterprise verticals — some of our fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of the business.
This is a high-impact marketing operations and campaign execution role. You'll own enterprise and SMB marketing programs end-to-end, manage creative and contractor workflows, serve as the teams cross-functional project manager, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with our vertical leads on aesthetics and fertility/audiology, and play a key connective role between marketing, sales, and our practice partners.

What you'll do
Campaign Execution & Lifecycle MarketingOwn enterprise OTB campaign creation, sending, and performance reporting for aesthetics and audiology accountsSupport Senior Marketing Managers in email campaigns and lifecycle funnel experiments for new and existing practice partnersCustomize and update sales and patient-facing assets (decks, one-pagers, co-branded materials) by verticalExecute ongoing utilization outreach programs to drive funded volume across enterprise partnersSupport activation and onboarding marketing for new verticals (e.g., cosmetic dental) as the business expands
Patient Marketing (for Practice)
Own execution of patient-facing tools and educational materials requested by practices and reps — a high-volume, high-demand areaSupport borrower communication flows including repeat and expired patient outreachExecute lifecycle marketing campaigns for patient audiences
Cross-Functional Project Management & Operational Support
Serve as the team's primary cross-functional project manager — keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders alignedSupport rep enablement by coordinating materials, tracking requests, and managing quick-turn deliveryManage promotion fulfillment, swag management, and in-field print oversightSupport cross-functional marketing initiatives, sales enablement requests, field event coordination, and operational execution as needed
Creative Coordination
Manage creative rounds with designers and contractors — briefing work, tracking feedback, and driving assets to final completionTranslate team feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative partnersKeep creative projects moving without losing quality or missing deadlines
QA & Proofing
Act as a final quality-control checkpoint across campaigns and communications — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polished execution before anything goes to market
Reporting & Data
Pull campaign results and compile performance data across programs and verticalsMaintain tracking spreadsheets and reporting frameworks for the teamShare results with team members and sales reps on a regular cadence
Tools, Systems & Content Production
Build and maintain internal data hubs (stats, citations, benchmarks) and keep resource and commercial hubs currentSupport high-volume content production, including blog content and management of AI writing toolsHelp implement and maintain systems that make the team faster and more consistent
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
3–5 years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role, ideally at a startup, agency, or high-growth companyStrong project management skills — you can manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without things falling apartExcellent written communication and proofreading ability; you catch mistakes others missExperience executing email marketing programs including list management, campaign deployment, and performance reportingComfort working with data — pulling reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and presenting results clearlyExperience coordinating with designers or creative contractors to manage feedback and drive deliverables to completionHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of owning work end-to-end in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, low-ego approach — this team wins together, and we value a highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mentalityAbility to prioritize across multiple fast-moving requests and stakeholders — while maintaining strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintechFamiliarity with patient financing, elective procedures, aesthetics, or practice marketingExperience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI content toolsBackground in both B2B (practice-facing) and B2C (patient-facing) marketingExperience supporting sales teams with enablement materials and quick-turn requests
