Responsibilities: Assist through the full interior design lifecycle — Concept → Design Development → IFC Documentation → FF&E Coordination → Site Support
Develop interior layouts, sections, elevations, and details in Autodesk Revit in line with BIM standards and LOD requirements
Prepare interior design drawings, schedules, mood boards, and FF&E sheets under direction of the design team
Support material and finish research, sample tagging, and palette boards for internal design reviews
Coordinate with ARC, STR, and MEP modellers to flag clashes and incorporate feedback into the Revit model
Assist in preparation of design submission packages, presentation decks, and visual mock-ups
Maintain organised model files, drawing registers, and project folders within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Track personal learning goals, attend internal trainings on Flow standards, and seek feedback proactively
Support sample receipt logging, mock-up photography, and basic site observation under direct supervision
Adhere to approved design intent and escalate uncertainties early rather than making unilateral changes
Ideal Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Academic studio experience covering interior layouts, FF&E selection, and Revit-based documentation; prior internship at a design or architecture consultancy is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating Interior Design academic projects with Revit-based outputs
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory); working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM workflows and LOD basics
Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office; SketchUp / Rhino / 3DS Max a bonus
Experience with hospitality, residential, mixed-use, or commercial typologies through academic projects preferred
Hand sketching, conceptual visualisation, and mood-boarding skills
Comfortable with feedback culture and iterative review cycles
