We sell our products to millions of Hacksmith fans around the world. This role is focused on providing exceptional e-commerce customer service, daily order fulfillment, and inventory assistance. Our Customer Service Specialist ultimately shapes the customer experience through knowledgeable service, timely resolution and established trust, upholding the reputation of Hacksmith Retail Ltd.  Responsibilities include Customer ServiceRespond to customer emails, messages and phone callsMonitor Live Chat on our websiteKeep our gift shop and gallery presentable and restock shelves as neededInteract with customers and offer POS check out assistance as required Order FulfillmentPick and pack online ordersInform manager when supplies need to be replenishedCoordinate with courier drivers for pickup when required Inventory AssistanceCount and inspect incoming shipments and inbound transfersMonth end and year end inventory count Other duties as required  Requirements of the role 3-5 years experience working in a similar role (e-commerce customer service and order fulfillment)Customer service experience: in person or on the phoneFlexibility to work the occasional evening/weekend Strong professional written and verbal communicationProficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and ShopifyPassionate and dedicatedDetail oriented and organizedAdaptive to changeFollow up on outstanding items proactivelyAbility to multitask and take initiative to problem solve independentlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Bonus points for  Experience with ShipStation and ZendeskRetail experience Perks of working at Hacksmith  Gourmet lunch every work day (we have a very skilled chef on staff) Snacks and coffee to keep you fueledCompetitive vacation policy Health Spending Account (HSA)Gym membership benefitSafety shoe allowance You must be willing to work on site.
