Plant Manager

We are seeking a leader who can provide tactical and operational leadership for a regulated medical waste facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation of autoclave systems and supporting infrastructure. This role is accountable for people leadership, process performance, metrics, and resource planning across plant functions within the Business Unit.   We’re on a mission to make healthcare safer. After use, we professionally clean and sanitize each container for reuse, while responsibly disposing of medical waste at our treatment facilities.
