About this role
We are seeking a leader who can provide tactical and operational leadership for a regulated medical waste facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation of autoclave systems and supporting infrastructure. This role is accountable for people leadership, process performance, metrics, and resource planning across plant functions within the Business Unit.
We’re on a mission to make healthcare safer. Daniels Health provides reusable medical waste containers designed to reduce needlestick injuries and support sustainability. After use, we professionally clean and sanitize each container for reuse, while responsibly disposing of medical waste at our treatment facilities. Our closed-loop system ensures safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility for our customers.

What You'll Do::
Lead and execute Business Unit operations strategy aligned with national objectives
Oversee daily plant operations including autoclaves, robotic sharps wash lines, and tunnel wash systems
Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all plant functions
Manage workforce planning, performance, budgets, and resource allocation
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and lead Plant Supervisors while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
Partner cross‑functionally to support technology upgrades and new business rollouts
Must-Have Qualifications: :
5+ years of senior operations management experience
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental regulations
Proven leadership, team development, and performance management experience
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: :
Experience in medical waste, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Capital budgeting and infrastructure asset management experience
Background in continuous improvement and change management initiatives
Strong multi‑stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration experience
