You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles!   WorkWave supports salary transparency, however please note that salary estimates provided by websites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) and not by WorkWave may not accurately reflect the actual salary range for the position. country: US all locations: [Holmdel, NJ Philadelphia, PA] commitment: Full-time department: Shared Services location: Holmdel, NJ team: Accounting/Finance WHAT YOU'LL DO:: Manage the collections process for customer accounts, including proactive outreach on past-due balances and resolution of payment issues Monitor aging reports and work to reduce outstanding accounts receivable through timely follow-up and account analysis Utilize HighRadius and internal systems to manage collections activity, customer communications, payment tracking, disputes, and account reconciliations Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve customer concerns and billing discrepancies Review and reconcile customer accounts, including unapplied payments, credits, disputes, and short payments Support bad debt reduction efforts by identifying and escalating high-risk accounts appropriately Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status updates Prepare and distribute aging analysis, collections reporting, bad debt summaries, and account status updates to leadership as needed Assist with month-end activities and reporting related to collections and accounts receivable Provide professional and customer-focused communication while driving timely payment resolution Escalate priority accounts, bankruptcy risks, legal concerns, or collection challenges to leadership appropriately WHAT YOU'LL BRING:: Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable required Experience working with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP/collections platforms preferred Strong understanding of aging reports, bad debt management, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections best practices Ability to analyze customer accounts and identify root causes of delinquency or payment discrepancies Strong Excel and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze large sets of financial data Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally manage difficult customer conversations Highly organized and extremely detail oriented with strong follow-through skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across departments Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Consistently delivers results with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment Maintains stable performance under pressure while handling sensitive customer and financial situations with tact and professionalism Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
