Get Engaged Media is looking for a Paid Media Buyer who is passionate about performance marketing, paid social, and digital strategy. As a Paid Media Buyer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team to develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for a variety of category-leading clients across Google, Meta, and TikTok. Responsibilities Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTokBuild and execute top and mid-funnel media strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget allocation to ensure efficiency and performance targets are metAnalyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendationsPresent weekly performance updates and insights to clients in a clear, digestible, and confident mannerCollaborate closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactfulStay up-to-date on platform updates, media buying trends, and evolving best practices across paid media channelsBecome deeply familiar with client industries, audiences, and brand positioning in order to make informed strategic decisionsProactively identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale resultsAssist in troubleshooting and addressing campaign issues in real time as needed Preferred Qualifications: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaignsProven experience with the following platforms:  • Google Ads  • Meta Ads Manager  • TikTok Ads ManagerStrong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, media strategy, and performance analyticsAbility to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyAdaptable and calm under pressure in fast-moving campaign environmentsDesire to push Get Engaged and our clients toward innovative, high-performing paid media strategies Job Type: Full-Time Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
