This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect gutter and siding systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.  Key Responsibilities: Perform gutter and siding inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions Qualifications: 1–2 years of roofing, gutter, siding, or related repair experience Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season Work Environment: This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.  Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs Driving: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
