Job Overview: Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. This Office Manager role is on-site in office and plays a key part in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Office Manager, you will be an essential part of a values-driven organization built on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities :
Answer, manage, and document incoming phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in every interaction
Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers
Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs
Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
Uphold office standards that reflect strong customer service expectations
Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and operations
Qualifications:
2+ years of office, administrative, or related experience
Experience answering, documenting, and managing phone communications
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Consistent focus on delivering professional customer service
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office setting
Work Environment: This position primarily involves working in the an office environment but may require going to job sites occasionally
Driving:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
