Job Overview: Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an experienced Masonry Supervisor to oversee masonry operations on active job sites. This mason role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring high-quality masonry workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and driving efficient project completion. The ideal mason will bring strong leadership abilities, field expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily masonry operations on residential and commercial job sites
Supervise masonry crews and provide hands-on leadership in the field
Ensure all masonry work meets company quality and safety standards
Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow to maintain project timelines
Read and interpret project plans and specifications
Train and mentor team members while promoting accountability and leadership
Travel between local job sites using a company-provided truck
Maintain professional communication with customers, crews, and management
Qualifications:
3+ years of masonry industry experience required
Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and job site safety
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple masonry projects efficiently
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Work Environment:
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
